Preston Stormer was built in the Assembly Tower.

Preston Stormer's first documented mission was the New Stellac City Mission. He had arrived at the city with Von Ness and Thresher. When they arrived, Thresher was shot by the New Stellac City Drone. Ness took the Hero Craft and fled, leaving Stormer alone to battle the Drone. Stormer sucessfully destroyed the Drone and completed the mission.
